Eligibility

The guarantee applies to purchases made through the official website. If you're not satisfied with your results within 60 days of your purchase date, you're eligible to request a refund — there's no requirement to return unopened or unused bottles for the refund to be processed, though you should keep your order confirmation on hand.

How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number or the email address used at checkout so your order can be located.
3. Let us know you'd like to request a refund under the 60-day guarantee.

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically acknowledged within a few business days. Once confirmed, refunds are issued back to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear in your account afterward depends on your bank or card provider, and can take a week or two in some cases.

What's Not Covered

Requests made after the 60-day window has closed cannot be guaranteed. Shipping costs on the original order (where applicable) are generally non-refundable.
